Chesterton's Guest Passes: Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using Chesterton's Guest Passes. By purchasing or using a Guest Pass, you agree to abide by the policies outlined below.

1. Purchase Eligibility
Chesterton's Guest Passes are available exclusively to University of Mary faculty and staff. 
University of Mary students are not eligible to purchase Chesterton's Guest Passes.

2. Pricing and Inclusions
Each Chesterton's Guest Pass is priced at $10.
Each pass includes two (2) drink swipes.
Each user is limited to a maximum of three (3) guests at one time; all guests and Chesterton's Members are limited to two (2) drinks per visit.  

3. Guest Use Requirements
Chesterton's Guest Passes may not be used by or for University of Mary students, regardless of age.
All guests must be 21 years of age or older and are required to present valid proof of legal age upon request.
The purchasing faculty or staff member is required to accompany their guest when using these Guest Passes and is responsible for ensuring compliance with these age and usage requirements.

4. General Terms
Chesterton's Guest Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Misuse of Chesterton's Guest Passes, including providing access to University of Mary students or underage individuals, may result in revocation of Guest Pass privileges and/or disciplinary action.

5. Expiration & Refunds
Chesterton's Guest Passes expire only at the time employment is terminated and are non-refundable. 

The University of Mary reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
